Shipping Policy

Last updated 2026-05-19. We ship from a US warehouse. Most orders land in about 10 days end-to-end.

Processing time

Orders placed before 12pm ET on a business day usually ship the same day or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or after 12pm ship the next business day. Holidays may add 1–2 days.

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If you don't see it within 3 business days, check your spam folder first, then email us.

Where we ship

US only (all 50 states, including Alaska + Hawaii). International shipping isn't supported yet but is on the roadmap for late 2026.

Missing or lost packages

If your tracking says delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your building's mail room first (most "lost" packages turn up). If after 48 hours you still can't locate it, email us with the order number and tracking link — we'll work with the carrier to file a claim and either resend or refund.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address after ordering, email us within 12 hours of placing the order. We can update it as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Once it's on the truck, USPS/UPS controls it.
