Return Policy
Last updated 2026-05-19. Short version: 60 days, any reason, we pay return shipping.
The TL;DR
If it shows up and you don't love it, send it back within 60 days. We cover return shipping. Refund hits your card within 5–10 business days of us receiving the package.
How to return
- Email hello@3amstudio.us with your order number and the reason (one sentence is fine — we don't interrogate).
- We'll email back within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label.
- Print the label, drop the package at any USPS or UPS location.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund processes within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation.
What we ask
- Item should be in resalable condition. We get that the box might look "opened by a curious human" — that's totally fine. Just please don't return it crushed, painted, or covered in glitter.
- Include all original parts and accessories (cables, manuals, etc.) — they're cheap to replace but we need the set complete to resell.
- If you got a free bonus item, it can stay with you or come back — your call.
Damaged or defective items
If it arrives broken or stops working within 1 year, that's covered separately by our warranty — you don't need to return it first. Email us with a photo and order number and we'll ship a replacement immediately.
Refund timing
- Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
- Klarna/Afterpay/Shop Pay Installments: 5–10 business days, then your installment plan auto-cancels.
- Gift cards / store credit: Same-day store credit issued, no waiting.
Sale items and bundles
Sale items and discounted bundles are returnable under the same 60-day policy. Refund is based on the price you paid, not the original list price.
